How much is refunded
The refund depends on how long before your check-in time you cancel. These windows are applied automatically by our booking system, so the amount is calculated the same way every time.

| 48 hours or more before check-in | 100% | The full amount you have paid is refunded. |
| Between 24 and 48 hours before check-in | 50% | Half of the amount you have paid is refunded. |
| Less than 24 hours before check-in | No refund | The amount paid is retained. A guest who does not arrive falls in this window. |
The percentage applies to the amount you have actually paid. If you have paid only part of the booking, the refund is that percentage of what you paid, not of the full booking value.
How to cancel
- Call the hotel on +91 99650 99656, or email info@hotelmeyyappaa.com with your booking number.
- Your request is recorded against the booking and reviewed by the hotel. The refund amount is worked out from the time the request is raised, not the time it is reviewed.
- You will be told the outcome and the refund amount once the request has been actioned.
If you did not book on this website
Bookings made through MakeMyTrip, Yatra or another travel site are held by that channel, and we cannot cancel or refund them for you. Please cancel through the site you booked with. Their cancellation terms apply to that booking, not this page.
If you do not arrive
A booking where the guest does not arrive is recorded as a no-show. By that point the booking is inside the final window above, so no refund is due. If your plans change, cancelling as early as you can is always worth more to you than not arriving.
Changes by the hotel
If we are ever unable to honour a confirmed booking, we will tell you as soon as we know and refund everything you have paid for that booking in full, regardless of the windows above.
Once a cancellation is approved, the money is returned as described in our Refund Policy.
